Started my northbound thru hike at 4:46 am on 10/9 at the Norbeck Dam trailhead. Finished at 3:13 pm on 10/11 at the summit of Bear Butte. Carried all food and gear from start and filtered water from natural sources. Most water carries were 10 miles or less with the exception of one 25 mile carry. Weather was great the whole way. Trail was well maintained and marked. Used Avenza for navigation when needed.
