I did this alongside my 3 year old Saint Shepherd, Greta, on a beautiful Thursday in August, with a high of 75. I started my watch at 7am at Berkeley Green, stopped it and hopped in the car to head to the Jackrabbit Trailhead on Whiteface Lane to climb Haystack and Mckenzie first. We had these two trails to ourselves which was a nice start to the morning. Next we headed to Scarface followed by Ampersand, which was the busiest mountain of the day, but it's also my favorite of the 6 so we made good time and Greta appreciated the natural pools of water at the summit. Next we had our longest drive out to St. Regis and afterwards we climbed Baker, returning to Berkeley Green to ring the bell and stop the clock at 4:20pm.
