Started on Juggs Road. Warm and humid meant it was a hard run. Ran solo, did not resupply as brought all I needed with me.This is a great route with brilliant views. The cows held me up a bit as they were blocking my way but I was very brave 😆 There is a little corner shop where you could get a drink but if you go early it won’t be openÂ
