Dad and I did this together today. It was my first FKT. We rode to Whitney Forest from our home in Bolton. It was about 17.5 miles via the Hop River Trail and local roads. We did a warmup lap. The trail was very technical and the bridges were super-greasy. After our run, we rode home on part of the Air Line Trail and then finished with more roads. It was another 17.5 miles.
