Brilliant day out on the Great Southern Rail Trail.
Started with a warm up before the FKT on the new section from Nyora to Leongatha. Beautiful section on the newly formed trail.
From Leongatha enjoyed passing through all the towns along the way and appreciated the fantastic countryside. Saw lots of cyclists along the way enjoying the trail and a few out walking.
Very fortunate to have had a great day with legs and body feeling good all day. Weather was mostly cloudy with the day quite warm in the early 20s most of the day.
Would definitely recommend the GSRT to anyone wanting to give it a go.
