FKT: Sirio Negri - Cinque Terre Traverse (Italy) - 2023-09-24

My longest time ever, my longest distance ever, my highest D+ ever. I started from Monterosso with only one goal: to be a finisher. After 3 years of no running and 5-6 months of training I think it's a great result.

Water on the course is not a great problem, but if it's hot (32 °C in that day) you must consider that you will drink a lot. Every town has at least one or two fountain. I bringed all my integrators and food, sandwiches included.

A great route, a little hard between Corniglia and Colle del Telegrafo, most difficult trails are in this segment.

Next time will be better!
