Started the Natchez trace on may 28 at 530AM central time after ariving 2 days earlyer in the USA to do some shopping for food and gear/backupgear

Before there was no way back I did it unsupported so where I start with is what I got till the end

First 3 days where not to bad only some problems on the shoulders from the heavy backpack 61lbs because all the food only thing in my mind was al long as I keep eating it's getting lighter

Day 3-6 where some problems with the hips from the hard surface I was walking on and the heavy backpack was also not working I that favor

Day 7 till end it was getting hot and the humidity was very high also the sun exposure was not helping so I needed to drink good problem was my water filter was not going fast anymore from al the mucky ditch puddles so I needed my backup aguatabs the feet where also very painful and did not have any moment to cooldown there where always very hot and sweaty so blisters was unavoidable I was also try to walk more hours get some less sleep

I finished on jun 7 at 1:03 PM central time with a time of ten days 7 hours 32 min 47 seconds

that's not to bad (I never run a step this whole attempt and only walked in the dark on the last 2days )
