One of my favorite San Diego runs! Challenging route with fun ups and downs. It can get pretty hot out there and today was no exception so I started early!
I have run this route many times before and love how strong it make me feel!
I felt good and on target for a good long time until starting the climb to cowles. I was getting a bit slower. Towards the end I was cutting it close and had to really push to make the time!
Today was my first Mother’s Day and all I wished for was some me-time to go crush some peaks! I have always wanted to try to see if I could get the fkt and I feel so grateful for my mom strength 😊
