Solo trek along the Mammoth Crest - Duck Pass trail. Began at Mammoth Crest Trailhead at Lake George and exited at Duck Pass Trailhead at Coldwater Campground. Perfect weather conditions, although it got hot on the exposed parts of the climb. Encountered a lot of hikers along the Duck Pass Trail, especially along the switchback section of the descent below the pass, due to the holiday weekend. Would recommend doing this route mid-week to avoid the congestion along the trail.
