Highs: slickrock running, ladder over sandstone pass, rock formations, post-run exploring with my daughter
I was running with one eye on the scenery and one eye on efficiency. I had a two-hour window in order to make a kid-swap so my wife could run too. Rock cairns marked most of it, except for the few times I had to consult Gaia.
