ran CW, started at Chinook Pass
After about six weeks of not much running and a lot of mountaineering, scrambling and the addition of biking, I was worried I might not be much of a runner. Decided to drop all the weight and get a good 50k in. Felt fantastic and strong until the end where I blew up and threw up but still managed to beat my goal time by a whopping one hour and fifteen minutes.
Picturesque route with a whole lot of runnable trails. Fantastic alpine views, old growth forest and some nifty waterfall.s
