Fathers day run. Headed out to the Gorge by myself. Hiked this trail before but never ran. Three water bottles, salt tablets, liquid carbs and gel. Warm day that only seemed to get warmer. Trail wasn't too busy which saved a lot of "coming up on your left". Had the FKT number in mind but was just moving, by the time I hit the falls I knew I had the time to get back. Started watch from further parking lot which added .8 miles to the route. But it's my first crack at this, cut me some slack. Overall felt good.
