This is one of my routes on my "to-do list" for a sometime - but due to the Covid restrictions ( entering from Sweden to Denmark) I was finally able to spend my last vacation day in Denmark.
The quality on GPX route provided on the official FKT site was "messed up" so with a little research I found a better one to download to my Watch from Alltrails

This trail is not very well marked and marked with different symbols on the red poles so there is a lot of Navigation both with Mobile Phone and Watch ( rather time consuming) and GPS tracking in dense beech forest made it a bit more challenging.
The Links in the description on the "PDF maps" is dated to 2005 and to it seems that the maintenance on the markings is not prioritized.
Despite this - this is a very nice route - easy fine tracks -( mostly gravel cycle tracks and soft single tracks). Little more technical around Furesö and more damp grounds from Fredriksdals kanal.
I was a little worried regarding water so I decided to carry extra from start and it was on the margin the last 5K.
It may be official places to get water , but Danish is not my native language so I decided to take the extra weight.
