FKT: Thomas Summer - Ruta 0-4-0, Pico de Teide (Canary Islands, Spain) - 2019-11-30

A friend ran with me the first 10min and took some pictures and a video on the downhill. And we had water and gels stored at halfway. But I didn't use that. So I don't know if you would still consider it unsupported!? Anyway, I had a great day on the mountain. And good wine and food with my Canarian friend Victor afterward.

I took the fastest route to the summit. I respected nature and the mountain. I didn’t destroy anything. I didn’t disturb any animals. I left nothing, but my footprints.
