I did this FKT attempt solo. There were no other runners involved in any part of the course and I had no external help.
I did resuply on water (and 1 coca cola) by stashing in advance a large botle of water at the half way point. I carried all my food which just exested out of gels and Snickers.
Since it was a point to point course I had to find a way to get back to my car at the starting point. I thus stashed my bike at the finish and cycled back to my car after setting my FKT.
