Report
Went Nottingham to Grantham. Lovely day, sunny and cool. Ground conditions a bit soft in places but apart from that, perfect conditions.
Took the first half nice and easy and pushed it a bit towards the end.
Nice , peaceful route along the canal.
Ran alone and unsupported. Took 1.2l of fluid and consumed 90g per hour of carbs from gels.
