A group of us, all part of the NBLRs running collective from Narberth, set off from Ynyslas at 5:50am. The weather was on our side for the majority of the route and we had patches of sunshine, albeit in a strong wind. We reached the bridge in Cardigan just after 10pm.
There seem to be some variations of the start point. Some GPXs show the top part of the sand area, others show the route going down the beach. We decided to use the start point highlighted on the OS map, as shown in the image of the map.
