I started my run in the Jammertal in Altenhundem following the sign with a white "K" on black surface. After running the first leg alone I got paced during the second leg starting from Rahrbacher Höhe. Still feeling good in my legs I only stopped there for an obligatory selfie with my pacer. We finished the second leg at Albaumer Höhe where I changed my backpack with new food and water supplies. I stayed there for a break of almost 15 minutes continuing 20 minutes ahead of my schedule.

I ran the third leg from Albaumer Höhe to Rhein-Weser-Turm where I stayed for around 12 minutes to refill with food and drinks. For the last leg I was accompanied by a pacer again to finish the K-Weg in 09:59:37.
