A beautiful sunny day with as good as no wind. From start i ran to Breistulen, then through the forest to Musetra, the marked path over Mukampen / Heidalsmuen, then following path to Kviknegråhø. From there i had to run «offroad» over Saukampen all the way to Massdølstjønna, And then i ran the path From there over all 3 tops of Olasfjellet and down to finish.
