Ran unsupported and alone.
Left car at a parking near the beach.
Carried all food. Started with 5 liters of water. Re-supplied an additional 2 Liters of water from a public bathroom with non-potable water to which I treated with iodine tablets.
4 river crossings with low water, so my feet stayed dried.
ZERO people encountered on the trails except at the top of El Toro where I scared some tourists who climbed if from the west side (the easy side) and were not expecting someone to pop from the East. Saw some people on the roads and some cars. No outside help at all.
After the climb to El Toro where I stopped the tracking, I went down to the nearby Trail head on the west and waited t the trailhead for my pre-arranged ride back to where I parked the car.
weather was great. Not much rains the days before which allowed me to cross the rivers by jumping from rock to rock to not get my feet wet.
Overall a nice run up this mountain alone and had a blast.
