Started at St.Helens finishing at Spike Island. Humidity quite high, not the best day for running but stayed dry otherwise. Canal towpath was closed near the Ferry Tavern to repair a footbridge. Tricky to get around, had to use a lock gate as makeshift crossing but kept my feet dry.
