Started at the Sedro Woolley sign, so about 30 seconds of running before the Fruitdale Rd where the trail actually starts, mostly so I had a photo of where I was for proof of start (didn't know there was a "mile 0" sign on the gate at the start of the trail - next time). Finished at the sign that says "You are here" and "End of Cascade Trail" (see photo) at the community center because that's where the route description says to end. The GPX files shows the finish at 5Bs Bakery and not at the community center, but I went with the written description since 5Bs is not actually on the trail.
Note: The trail dead-ends at about mile 10.5 (coming from the west) and there isn't any signage telling people where to go. There's a trail to the Lyman-Hamilton Road shortly before the dead end and then you run on the road for about .1mi before hopping back on the trail. I lost a minute here getting my phone out to see where I was and where I was supposed to go and then backtracking, so I'm sharing the info here such that others don't lose time and wonder where to go.
Didn't feel very good, but really enjoyed seeing the parts of the trail I hadn't been on before. There are some really pretty spots along this trail! It was "fun" to do the whole thing from end-to-end rather than do an out-and-back run for my training today.
