El año pasado realicé mi primer intento en el FKT Lanjarón 3000, con un tiempo de 3:26:58.
Después de analizar en profundidad el recorrido pensaba que podía mejorar mi tiempo, y he completado la ruta en 3:14:59.
Un tropezón con el bloque de hormigón del punto geodésico del Pico del Caballo me impidió parar el reloj al coronar y se escaparon 5 segundos hasta que detuve la actividad, pero el tiempo oficial es 3:14:59, tal y como aparece en el segmento de Strava "Reto FKT Lanjarón 3000".

Last year, I made my first attempt at the Lanjarón 3000 FKT, with a time of 3:26:58.
After thoroughly analyzing the course, I thought I could improve my time, and I completed the route in 3:14:59.
A stumble on the concrete block at the Pico del Caballo geodetic point prevented me from stopping the watch at the top and 5 seconds slipped by until I stopped the activity, but the official time is 3:14:59, as shown in the Strava segment "Reto FKT Lanjarón 3000".
