I was looking for a route with long stretch of ascending and descending and found this route. Tried to follow as much as I could but some parts were blocked due to maintenance. Surprised to see no one has submitted a finishing time yet as I am definitely not a fast runner. This route will definitely burn your quads. I had 1.8 liter of water in my bladder and I still ran out of water. You might be able to refill water from one or two streams but I'd advise you to bring enough water. I didn't really eat any food except 4 packs of gel. You could, in principle, have someone resupply you at the two parking spots on Route 9.
