I went out just trying to focus on running technical downhills and attempting to beat my old time but after starting I realized I could grab the overall FKT. I started to hurt pretty bad on harkening hill and just really pushed myself to keep going. I didn't eat anything and I just wore my pack with two bottles. One had Nuun and the other had water. I started off with flat top first because it is the hardest and then went to harkening hill thinking it would be a bit easier and then finish up with sharp top. I knew I was cutting it close so in the end I just completely let go and gave it all I had to get under the previous time.
