We set out to beat the world record for the fastest time to santiago from porto along the camino and used the coastal route which was around 30km longer! We set out thinking it would be easier than it was... we were pretty sleep deprived and had extreme foot pain, but were able to get there in the end. Lovely route, plenty of nice food and drink on the way.
