I set another peak in the preparation time at the end of August with a very important personal project. My plan was to start / finish the Osser ice cream parlor and in between direttissima on my local mountain, the Kl. Osser, and back again and (!) To order a scoop of ice cream J - all in under an hour. I had often tried it, often I failed at the 1 hour mark. This time everything was just right. In the end, my watch stood 8.8km with 740hm and 55 minutes and the ball of lemon ice cream tasted twice as good. Conclusion: It doesn't always have to be a "big" competition. Personal, sporting projects can also be incredibly motivating and great fun!
