FKT: Xavier Campos - Smith Rock (OR) - 2023-03-21

Had to snag this one after Dan put up a solid time a few weeks ago.

~15:30 to base of climb, off the climb and running downhill by ~20:30. Felt good during the run to the base, decent on the climb, but then the wheels kind of came off on the run back, and it was a real effort to maintain pace and finish. 

I'm happy with my time but this could probably go a bit faster. 4k of skimo yesterday and my last rest day being over a week before the day of this effort certainly didn't do me any favors. A faster runner can definitely bring this down to 30ish.
