As my ultra was rightly cancelled (corona virus) last minute on Friday afternoon, I decided spontaneously (thanks to a bit of motivation from my wife Annik) late on Friday to get up at 5h and run the Lee Trail Escapardenne Trail in one go, unassisted, from Kautenbach to Ettelbruck (7h32 - 53km - 2500+)
Stunning views, good climbs, birds singing, lovely smell of the pine tree forest but also countless trees on the paths and floodings to make it a real adventure.
