I set out at 7 a.m. on my birthday August 28, 2013 from the Timberline Lodge and ran counterclockwise going for the unsupported fastest known time. Ideal weather...low 60's, cloud cover all day, and light cool breeze. I think I could probably take a little time off of this but it was a good effort that I'm proud of. The route (my 4th time) never ceases to amaze me with it's beauty and toughness!
