I saw no one had made an attempt at the Metro FKT routes, so I decided to try one while visiting Athens!
The run went very well, I'd recommend that anyone else attempting these should be very mindful of traffic along the way, since there are many crosswalks/large intersections. I carried a 12oz handheld bottle of water, which ran empty with ~5km left to go, I'd probably pack more water if I were trying again.
Tried to take quick photos of the Metro signs I saw along the way where I could without slowing down (see attached). I might come back and try the other 2 Metro lines in following summers!
(P.S. the route description is a little misleading, this route is the Metro Blue Line, NOT the Green Line)
