It is possible that there is a better time on this route, but I will submit my time from July 13th 2025 to set a precedent.
I started at 0519 and hit the Norse Peak trailhead at 0521 and climbed to the summit of Norse Peak which I reached in about 0:58:33. From there I continued along PCT reaching Bear Gap in 1:39:11. I made a wrong turn to Elizabeth Lake and returned to the route and pressed on along the Crystal Mountain Trail. I reached the highpoint on the near the junction with Northway trail in 2:23:11. From there it was generally downhill to the Northway trailhead which I reached in 3:13:49. A substantial portion of this trail is above tree line but as I recall I only drank about .5 to 1 L with the filter bottle. I took in about 300-400 calories. I created a segment for the route from trailhead to trailhead, which ended up being 3:13:49 as opposed to the entire run on my strava which was 3:20:50 (but included sections outside the official FKT route).
