Solo, unsupported Swynnerton Loop. Tough conditions to start off with driving rain and wind. Sun came out just before the halfway point before hail arrived and more rain just to top it off! Soft muddy trails made for some challenging running on the technical ascents and descents. Hydration and nutrition to last the duration carried from the start using my Salomon Vest. Two soft flasks, 1 x Water, 1 x with SIS Electrolyte Tablet, 2 x SIS Isotonic Gels and 1 x SIS Performance Nitrate Bar.
