I started at the Payne Road of South Boundary and followed the fire trail the whole way to the Mt Nebo Road entrance and back again. I had a lot of fun and ate a lot of lollies while spotting goannas along the way.
No one ran with me during it, I ran by myself and sang songs intermittently throughout it while listening to music. I started and carried all the water and food I would need for the whole distance. I carried 2.25L of water/electrolyte and used majority of what I had, I did not get anymore along the way.
