This route includes 6 mountains, with 13 peaks and over 27,000 feet of elevation gain. It's highest elevation point is Mailbox Peak at 4,822 ft. and it's lowest is at the shore of Lake Washington at 16 ft. This is set up as traverse from the foothill mountains of the Cascades (Mailbox, Mt. WA, SI, etc.) which surround the town of North Bend; then across the more popular of the Issaquah Alps (Tiger, Squak, and Cougar Mt's) all the way to Lake Washington at their feet. It avoids several logging closures on west Tiger peaks, which may not be rebuild for a long while. It uses countless of the most popular trail routes, such as: the Palouse to Cascades trail, the CCC Trail, Mt. SI Trail, Snoqualmie Valley Trail, Twin Falls Ollalie Trail, Rattlesnake Ledge Trail, East Tiger Trail, Tiger Mt Trail (TMT), Cableline, Eastridge, Margaret's Way, Jim Whittaker Trail, Coal Creek Trail, and Eastrail Trail. These are basically iconic Seattle-area recreational trails that see thousands of users annually; mostly-due to their impeccable natural beauty and usability. The ultra-adveturer/runner will experience many natural wonders on this route such as: waterfalls, creeks, rivers, lakes, majestic vistas and challenging terrain in good measure.
