Start from the Sherburne Pass Trailhead on the Pico Side and begin your run up the switchbacks. At the intersection following your climb, run along the AT/LT trail and make a turn for Cooper's Lodge. From Cooper's Lodge just take the steep trail up to the summit of Killington and then run it all the way back to your car. This is an awesome route with well maintained trails, a tough but short climb in the middle, and sits at around 10 miles which is perfect for anyone training for bigger races. I knocked it out in 3:04:03, but I could easily see this dropping much, much lower as I am slow.
