Unfortunately, pandemics are very serious, and we all should do our part and make huge changes immediately:
- No gatherings of more than 100 people; especially inside
- Close all schools, offer Paid Leave to all workers
- Practice Social Distancing
- Take care of each other
It’s brutal, but socially shutting down a country is the only way to shut down a pandemic, and the arithmetic is obvious: must do it immediately. Italy delayed and is being hammered; Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong acted quickly and severely, and their outbreaks have not grown. The US government is insanely unprepared, so we the people need to do our part now.
