I’ll be going after the unsupported and overall FKT the last weekend in October or first weekend in November. Running east to west and hoping to crack 12, but my record against Eric is 0-3 so far… this will be hard!!!

I made the attempt yesterday but came up just short - 45 seconds short!!! I ran it in 12:51:14. I thought I was on track for 12 hours but slowed down hard due to GI distress. Once it got dark, moving fast in the leaf cover was an issue as well. What a great, tough trail, and what a solid time by Eric!
