The current supported records from the Ridgeway Challenge 86 website are Dan Lawson in 12h 07m (2015) and Sarah Burns-Morwood 14h 00m (2018). Here is a link to all the race results

 

That is a slightly different route, leaves The Ridgeway a couple of miles before the end and drops down to Avebury.
