Started out early for a beautiful Timp run! Perfect weather out there: partly cloudy and in the 70's.
It means a lot to be out here again. After moving to Colorado this year, this is the one trail I missed the most. It is a special place to reconnect back to my love for mountain running. Nothing like a hard push to the summit, and a cruise-y way down!! All of the mountain goats came to say hi, especially the babies!
Grateful for this sport. Grateful for my body and mind. Onto the next!
