Yesterday I ran the Paul-Pfinzing-Weg in clockwise direction from Ottensoos to Ottensoos. I started at 5:23 AM in the morning and it took me exactly 13:00 hours. Due to a few minor navigation issues (wrong turns, which caused out and backs), I ran a total of 100.17 km (62.24 miles) and 2,399 m vert (7,870.7 ft). On Tuesday 4/21, I prepared four aid stations along the course (20km, 39km, 61km, 86km) with food, water, and fresh gear (just in case). I chose this course for the Aravaipa Strong Virtual Race and created my on fundraising campaign. It was my first 100k.
Weather: Clear, 8°C min, 23°C max, Wind approx 20 km/h from East
Gear: Salomon Sense Ride 2, Garmin Forerunner 945, Black Diamond Distance 15 pack
There is an Insta-Story which lets you follow along all day: basically an Insta story, it's in German, but with plenty of data points along the story in English
