This was absolutely incredible. We did the entire line from how it was originally envisioned by Peter Bakwin including every single point on his list and finishing with Mount Royal. The first photo was our start, and the last photo was us finishing on Mount Royal. As far as we know I think we are the first people to complete the line as it was originally envisioned.
After all month of September, replanning, rescheduling and pushing back this project due to bad weather, we finally set out on the 26th, self supported. It was snowy, it was hard, but in the end we got it done. The conditions were not ideal, but we knew that if we went for it, we would want to finish no matter what. And that’s exactly what we did. And that was so awesome.
