Went out on a Sunday AM, remote area without many people in the winter. I would assume the trail is more populated in summer and fall and is incredibly scenic. I encountered a stray dog that ran with me for most of the way, saw a few deer and many birds and squirrels. Small water crossings may exist depending on recent rainfall. A great way to explore the Ozarks!
