Report
Followed the standard Coosa loop, starting at the sign and going counter clockwise. I came through 18m14s at the road crossing at the base of the Coosa climb and 59m50s at the left turn onto the DRT. This is where I made up most of the time in the previous record I think. After Wolfpen Gap I really struggled with the last climb, but was able to crank it on the downhill back to the finish at the sign.
Someone had mentioned that Clay Howarth may have run the route faster, but the run they were referring to doesn't clearly demarcate when the loop was being run and includes several minutes of additional elapsed time that are hard to place, so it's difficult to say from his post.
