It was my first time back at Kennesaw since starting grad school in California in August. I set out planning to do a long run, thinking I might come back and attempt the fkt a few weeks later. But I was feeling pretty good and when I checked where I was at 10 miles in I was pretty sure I could come through under 2 hours. Pushed throughout on the pace, but there's definitely room for someone to knock out some faster miles on the back ten miles where the trail is easier and flatter!
