I started this morning at Galax at 6:13am. It was very humid (93%) at the beginning and then became hotter as the day went on. After lunch the heat was 89 degrees and felt like 95 degrees. It was probably the hottest weather I'd run in this year. I walked more towards the end of the run, not only because I was tired, but because it was so hot I was worried about heat stroke. Definitely a challenging run that I would look forward to trying again in cooler weather.
