Cool (35 degree F) and misty day. Thankful for rain after a wildfire started near my house yesterday! Dan and I warmed up and set off clockwise for a hot lap on Dirty Bismark. Start and end at the Marshall Mesa parking area gate. There is a slight new reroute (changes very little or adds 0.1 mile) in the first mile. Dan and I switched leads back and forth. Naturally, Dan, as a steepler hopped most of the cattle guards. Ran into lots of cows in the last three miles! Great (Moab Trail) marathon training run for me!
