Great place to get in a thanksgiving long run! 30 degrees feels like 50 here. Beautiful scenery, and always some new challenge. You run through a cave, a slot canyon, up and down 3 ladders, and have to go up steep (50 degree) slick rock. I think I had to stop 40 times to make sure I want lost. One time I rock climbed above a family and that was the trail! Haha
