After being dropped off at the start, unceremoniously began the approach to the top of Mount Heinen at 6:54 AM on June 6th, 2020. I reached the peak in approximately one hour then began the downclimb back to arrowrock dam road. Due to heavy rains before and some rain during my effort, I lost the trail on the descent and ended up descending into what appeared to be a quite rocky washout. I eventually regained my bearings and got back onto the ridgeline, choosing a descent back to arrowrock dam road on what appeared to be an old offshoot of deer creek road.

I then spent approximately 6 miles on the dam road, eventually hitting the Cervidae Peak trailhead right off the arrow rock dam road. After a roughly 2.2 mile ascent, I hit Cervidae Peak and took a little less than a mile downclimb to Highway 21. At this point I reached my crew (wife) with a little more than 5 hours elapsed and picked up new tradition and began the long approach to Lucky Peak, with the ascent beginning from the Adelemann Mine trailhead. I reached the peak with approx 6:42 time elapsed, then met my crew near highway 21 on Highland Valley Road, next to the Archery Course.

After this, I began the longest portion of the run, the long approach to Kepros mountain from Lucky Peak State Park, then up to Bonneville Point on the Oregon Trail, Blacks Creek Road, and finally Kepros. Along S Lucky Peak Dam Road I overshot the turn towards Bonneville Point, adding on roughly 1.5 miles. Once back on course, I ran/ hiked Bonneville Point and to Blacks Creek Road, finally hitting the Kepros trailhead and meeting my crew as well as pacer for Kepros with about 10:40 elapsed time. After refueling, my pacer and I reached Kepros' summit with 11:54 elapsed, then raced the incoming storm down to the trailhead, finishing in 12:51:20.
