Hello,
I ran the entire length of Paria Canyon from Wire Pass to Lees Ferry yesterday, saturday january 13th 2018.
It was about 44 miles, and I did it in 10hours10 min exactly. I spent 2h30min to reach Paria confluence, and 7h40min from confluence to Lees Ferry, including 4 hours in the dark.

I believe this time is easily beatable by any ultra runner, since I was slower compared to Jay Aldous performance, due to exhaustion, and running in the dark.
